Witness Maple is highly figured with spalting, quilting, and tiger striping. The vanity box lid's edge is the original bark, giving it the rustic look that Ernie favors. The hinges are made entirely of Black Walnut, with a brass pin connecting the hinge halves. Ernie continued the walnut accent with splines on the box corners, and walnut feet for a professional presentation.
