All of our platinum and 14k yellow and white gold rings over $50 will be enlarged or reduced up to two sizes for the first time for no charge. For sizings greater than two sizes, the price will be determined based on the amount the ring will be enlarged and the design of the ring. Cormiers reserves the right to recommend to its customers that a ring should not be sized and that it should be special ordered in the size needed by the customer. Cormier Jewelers and Art Gallery has a store credit only return policy. The store credit can be used towards any item in the store, any repair, special orders, and even custom designs. There is no expiration date on the store credit. All items must be returned to the store within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Special orders, such as mother’s rings or custom designed items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Cormiers does offer a no fee layaway program through our store. To put an item on layaway, the customer must put down a 25% down payment to hold the item. The customer then agrees to make monthly payments on the item (each and every month) for up to six months. Any item taken off of layaway will result in a $10.00 restocking fee which is taken off of the original deposit and any payments made. The remainder of the deposit and payments made toward item will be issued as a store credit only. Merchandise will be put back in stock automatically after three (3) months of non-payment with loss of total deposit. With this option the item must be completely paid for before the item can be taken from the store.
If you would like to take an item out of the store immediately, Cormiers also offers a no interest financing plan for up to one year through Wells Fargo. Simply go to our Buying Guide section, click on the Wells Fargo link, and apply for a Cormier Jewelers Preferred Customer Credit Card. Once you are approved, come in with your account number and let us help you find the perfect gift. (Applications for financing are also available in the store.)
